Study Recordings
Procedure Manuals • Board Documents • Choir Contacts

This page contains the latest recordings for your self-study.
Click on the appropriate link to listen to a study file online.

From the beginning of 2026 we will be handling this page protocol differently by adding professionally produced part study recordings from the Choral Tracks web site. These differ from what you have become used to as they include real human voices without a synthetic sound. You may listen to them as much as you want from this site, but we ask, in the interest of being fair to the Choral Tracks company, that if you want to have these recordings for yourself, you refrain from downloading the files from this page and order them for yourself from their site. They are inexpensive, from $1.99 to 2.99 per file. Links to the pages where you can find the files for sale will be provided for those available. Everything else will come from me and you may freely download those.

If you suspect you might have difficulty purchasing and downloading these files, please let me know and I will find a way to help you.

On their site most every selection includes a central window where you can hear samples from the recordings. If you plan to order one go to the drop down menu at right and select the specific ones you need and add them to the cart. I recommend you not concern yourselves with the piano-only tracks or the files described as "part muted." The ones that are helpful are the ones described as "part predominant."

I have noticed a few minor mistakes in some of their files. I doubt they will cause confusion. If you notice mistakes from the files I have built, let me know and I will correct them.

English translation:

(The Princes:)
Only under the light of the moon, yes
You pretend to call me, yes
When we approach each other, yes
You will become like snow, yes

(The Princesses:)
And if you pretend to call me, no
I'll respond and come promptly, no
If I become like snow, no
Throw me your fire? No
